Where do I start to find a house for sale in Louisville?

Well, you've already done the very best thing to start with my coming to this blog! You might ask yourself:
  1. What is my price range? Don't just think of a single number above which you cannot go...look for a range.
  2. Do I want a neighborhood where I can walk to school, churches or temples, shopping; or is driving OK with you? Typically the older neighborhoods have more walking options
  3. Do I want a brand-new house or would I rather have an historic home or a home on a lot with many trees and landscaping?
  4. Am I willing to get a "fixer-upper" in order to save money and learn new skills?
  5. Have I researched what other houses in different areas have sold for recently?

All of these are important to know and to think about carefully! Let me know if I can help you!
